Congratulations to our July Hometown Hero April Oates. April teaches college and career readiness at Hannah Ashton Middle School in Reynoldsburg. Her loving and caring manner readies 7th and 8th grade students for their future career paths. When half of the 8th grade students at Hannah Ashton were unable to attend the Washington, D.C. trip, April organized a day of visiting municipal offices in Reynoldsburg. In addition to working at the middle school, April also works at Cotner Funeral Home, giving comfort and love to families in need.
