Scott Widener has be
en a paramedic with the Columbus Division of Fire since 2008. In 2011, Scott lost his 3-month-old son, Jude, to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Scott and his wife currently work with SIDS Network of Ohio to make sure family support and outreach begin at the hospital and has been influential in a bill that will standardize federal reporting requirements for infant and childhood deaths.
