Congratulations to our December Hometown Hero Wilma Russell. Wilma works as a Developmental Disability Support Specialist, but that doesn’t stop her from rallying for the city of London and going above and beyond outside of her job. Whether it’s delivering groceries or taking care of someone’s loved ones, Wilma is always positively influencing the community.
